Deborah Berdy has been CEO and Owner of Contemporary Management Concepts LLLP. since its conception in 1979. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and with nearly 30 years of managerial experience, Mrs. Berdy’s support staff has grown to include 14 at the corporate office and more than 130 in the managed communities.
