Gainesville Team Foodspotting

You don’t have to ask us twice to attend an eating event.

In honor of one of our favorite apps – Foodspotting – we joined our friends from neutral7 design, the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce and Sanctuary Guest Suites, Bed & Breakfast NYC at Cafe C for a Foodspotting First Friday lunch.

This wasn’t our first time getting together to Foodspot with this crew, but this month we moseyed over to Cafe C – one third of the Gainesville-based eating & events trifecta under the longtime leadership of Leah Sherer (who also owns Celebrations Catering and Villa East).

For the most part, we run the Foodspotting app on the CMC iPad (though, yes, it’s for an iPhone – we’re hardcore like that). However, we’re happy to announce that our pals from Foodspotting are collecting testers for the soon to be released BlackBerry app!

Hooray – click here to join their beta-testing list.

Looking for a new brunch or lunch spot? Check out Cafe C’s menu here or visit their blog AND take a look at our CMC Vlog for the highlights from this event – lobster bisque lovers take note!

Love the app? Want a button! We have two more – the first people to comment on the blog can have ’em!

Melanie, this video is fun and it’s about Cafe C, so we all love it and we were all happy to see you and the foodspotting group there on Friday. Thanks for picking us and for being so darn cute!
